Mike has more than 40 years experience in the accounting profession. Mike graduated from Mercer University with a BA in Political Science. Mike later received a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of North Florida. In 1998, the firm became registered as an Investment Advisor, also Mike became a registered investment advisor representative.

Steven graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Business Management. Steven has over 10 years’ experience working and learning the investment strategies implemented in this field. Steven became registered as an investment advisor representative of the firm in September 2023.
